Artex is a certified FAA repair station. We repair Artex manufactured C126 ELT's. Artex also has repair stations located throughout the world. All repairs beyond the approved maintenance procedures as per the Artex Operation, Installation and Maintenance Manuals are mandated by the FAA to be performed only by Artex or a repair station certified by Artex.

Packing requirements for returns
Effective Monday, March 26, 2012, the manufacturing of the Artex Product Line has moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. All order entry, repair orders, and customer service administration will be handled by our Fort Lauderdale facility. Please note the special instructions below that will facilitate easy communications between our companies. Also, please note the special instructions for ship-to addresses for repairs and returned product.

Please read carefully, as different products are sent to different locations for repair.
Customers wishing to have Artex products repaired must complete our Return Material Authorization Form below and submit a printed copy along with your product.

Repair orders must list ACR Electronics as the vendor.
Repair for only ELT's and Nav Interfaces should be shipped to: 6400 Wilkinson Drive, Prescott, AZ 86301.
ELT Testers, Programmers, Remote Switches and Antennas should be shipped to: 5757 Ravenswood Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, Attn: Mitchell Theil.

Artex has the capability of repairing our own TSO C126 beacons. TSO C91 beacons are no longer repairable. Please contact our sales department for alternatives to upgrade.
