Hazardous Shipping Information

Regulation US 49 CFR considers the Artex Lithium products as NON-HAZARDOUS
IATA considers the Artex Lithium products as Class 9 dangerous goods (HAZARDOUS)

Considering (49 CFR) and International (IATA) regulations, all Lithium batteries and products containing Lithium batteries with a final destination outside of the United States will be shipped as Class 9 dangerous goods (hazardous) and therefore are subject to a "Hazardous Material Charge".

Individual carriers may have different restrictions regarding different countries. The customers are advised to inquire about any restrictions before choosing a carrier to
transport these products and consult with the carriers as to any hazardous material
cost charges that will apply to shipments.

Print a copy of the corresponding MSDS located in the Download Tab of the product page and bring it to your shipper.
