Information about ACR Beta Software is preliminary and may change without notice. Prerelease software may not work the way a final version of the software will. The features and functionality you find in the prerelease software may not appear in the final version. ACR offers beta testing to Testers interested in new ACR developments, its features, and modules. If a Tester uses a product during beta testing, the Tester is asked to provide feedback to ACR and assumes all risks associated with the beta software. We advise all Testers to use extreme care when beta testing any ACR software. It is therefore up to you to take necessary precautions against possible damages resulting from any beta testing. Software in beta testing should not be used on sensitive and/or valuable data.
Beta Software Tester Agreement: Tester acknowledges and agrees that ACR offers software "as is" without warranty of any kind and to the entire risk of the Tester, not ACR. ACR shall have no obligation to maintain, correct, update, change, modify or otherwise support the software in beta testing. ACR may discontinue providing service to the software at any time. ACR makes no guarantee or commitment as to the success of the software. ACR shall not be liable for any lost revenue, lost profits, or other incidental or consequential damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages by reason of any performance or non-performance under this agreement. Furthermore, ACR shall not be liable for any delays, losses or other damages which may result from the furnishing or canceling of any ACR software, features, and/or modules.
