Dear Reader,

Our products have been involved in saving thousands of lives. This is no accident as we strive to fulfill our mission statement: “We will build quality products knowing that they are used to save lives.” Yours may have been one of them. Some of the recipients of this newsletter are people whose lives were saved after using our products.

We hope this quarterly newsletter will be informative, including how to survive when things go really bad while you are away from home. We will bring you up to date about new products and answer most commonly asked safety and survival questions. Real life rescues will also be recounted to underscore the point that outdoor enthusiasts should be concerned about their safety and survival because accidents are not planned events.

We also will entertain suggestions about how to make this newsletter better serve your needs. Let us know what you think of it. And please feel free to forward this newsletter to anyone who you feel may benefit from its contents.
