Proceeds from the events benefit deserving children’s programs. Both competitions are the inaugural Barta Camp Woodie Offshore Youth Tournament in Georgetown, S.C. June 13-16, and the Barta Boys and Girls Club Billfish Tournament in Beaufort, S.C. July 19-21. ACR Electronics, Inc., the world’s leader in safety and survival technologies, is donating Personal Locator Beacons (PLBs) and safety products for auction at both tournaments. “We are really proud to support Tred Barta and his efforts to promote safe boating environments.
